Mike DiGiulio serves as President and General Manager of El Paso Locomotive FC, overseeing all business and technical operations for the USL Championship club. His responsibilities include the First Team, Locomotive Academy and youth programs, corporate partnerships, marketing and sales, community engagement, and the club’s long-term strategic growth.

DiGiulio joined Locomotive in December 2025 following five years as President of Monterey Bay FC, where he played an instrumental role in launching the organization and building its competitive and operational foundation. During his tenure, he oversaw the development and renovation of Cardinale Stadium, led the creation of the club’s brand and community initiatives, and cultivated partnerships throughout the Monterey Bay region.

Before entering professional soccer, DiGiulio spent more than 25 years leading successful automotive dealerships in Northern California. His experience building high-performing teams, developing lasting partnerships and strengthening organizations has carried into his career in sports.

As President and General Manager of Locomotive, DiGiulio is focused on achieving success on the field, strengthening the club’s connection with the Borderplex community and advancing its plans for a future soccer-specific stadium. He believes in the power of sports to unite communities, enhance quality of life and create lasting economic impact throughout the region.
