The El Paso Chihuahuas, Triple-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres, have welcomed more than 6 million fans to Southwest University Park since 2014. Nationally recognized for their award-winning promotions, merchandise, and community engagement, the Chihuahuas deliver affordable, family-friendly entertainment and memorable experiences throughout the year.

El Paso Locomotive FC was founded in 2019 to unite the Borderplex through soccer and entertainment. The USL Championship club plays at Southwest University Park and operates first-class training facilities and year-round youth programs. Through its Academy, Locomotive provides a direct pathway to collegiate and professional soccer while competing nationally in ECNL and the USL Academy League.
